Inspection procedure:

Inspection during construction:

This type of inspection includes the following steps:

Pre-construction inspection to check design and construction documents.
On-site inspection, which includes construction inspection in accordance with the design, standard and conditions requested by the employer.
Post-construction inspection, which includes functional inspection and crane load testing.

Initial inspection:

Periodic inspection:

In this case, inspections are usually performed at the request of the operator and in order to audit the safety of the organization of the lifting equipment in operation. In this type of inspection, the function of the lift and its components are examined. All cranes must be inspected at least once a year by a qualified person and in some cases, the time period is reduced to 6 months or 3 months depending on the circumstances.
